The Rancho rests in the valley of
Cienegita, overlooking 50 miles of lush farmland and
mountains. Two organic greenhouses shelter fresh herbs and
vegetables ready to harvest for
classes and events.

Also on the Rancho are numerous free-range
chickens, 2 pregnant lambs, 4 rabbits (2 pregnant), 9 burros and
6 dogs. The latter are all "fixed." Also
Casa Luna's B&B's in San Miguel compost all food waste and
the Ranch has a worm composting facility as well.
