"I sold my dental practice of 20 years to be merged with another dentist who had also been in practice 20 years.

In past years I have taken my staff to France, Italy, many places in Mexico and in the United States. These were very memorable trips for my staff. However; I knew bringing strangers together to bond as a team of friends would be a difficult challenge and was going to require a unique and more intimate experience. I also knew a very important key to the success of a transition was the quick formation of a strong team.

For the best setting to accompolish this goal I chose Casa Luna in the center of historic San Miguel. The people at Casa Luna are gracious and give very personal attention to their guest. At
Casa Luna the staff shared rooms and meals. From Casa Luna they walked together to explore the enchanting town of San Miguel with it's beautiful architecture, churches, restaurants and shops.

The highlight and most rewarding experience of the trip was the private cooking class at Casa Luna ranch outside of San Miguel.

We were driven to the ranch and greeted by the chef and a cool margarita! With margaritas in hand, we were given a tour of the ranch.The chef then divided us into teams. Each team was taught how to prepare a part of our authentic Mexican meal. When we all finished cooking we went outside on a beautiful terrace and enjoyed our creations. It was a perfect time to share our experiences working with a chef and with each other.

I highly recommend the entire trip and in particular the private group cooking class. The cooking class was a powerful bonding experience to begin the building of a strong team of friends."
