The 50% deposit for the cancelled room is refunded as follows:
1) If we have not turned away other potential guests
2) If we have turned away other potential guests but can re-rent the room
The deposit is forfeited IF we have turned other potential guests away while honoring the cancelled reservation and then CANNOT re-rent the room. Then you forfeit the deposit and we lose the balance due.
